To reserve your special day & rate a Wedding Contract must be filled out, signed and booking fee paid to reserve your big day.
Payments:
1st payment- booking fee: Trial date Hair $300, Make up $300 ($600 Total) This reserves your trial date.
2nd payment- booking fee: 50% of final balance to reserve your wedding date
3rd payment- Final balance: due 30 days before wedding date.
Final Service Contract will be done in person usually at trial run appointment to grab all final information for the big day.

We absolutely can travel outside of Iowa, so if your venue is farther than the 3-4 hours please don't hesitate to contact me about wanting wedding services.
Destination Weddings: Please contact me for info on trading travel packages/pricing.
To lock in your wedding pricing packages client must sign a wedding form/contract to lock in rate. Prices are starting at and could change at any time with out a wedding form or contract signed/filled out..
Depending on location/time restriction it would just be an additional $250/per stylist &/or room & board for 1-2 nights depending on the situation.
Each bridal inquiry will be on a case by case scenario.
Weddings on a Sundays, Stylists Birthdays or a Holiday weekends will have an additional $250 fee per stylist.
Early call times before 8am will have an additional $250 fee per stylist
Definition of OTHER UPDOS/OTHERS:
Each package comes with a trial updo for the one getting married & a day of updo.
Each package is calculated for more updos for the wedding party.
Which means these can be your bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, Flower Girls, ETC...
Have more people in your wedding party than the package? No problem at all it will just be an additional $150 per person.
Please understand we take the whole day off for on location wedding parties, which means these prices above are for on location pricing.
If you want us to come to you it does require us to charge accordingly as we can't take other clients during this time.
On Location Services with less than 4 people will be charged a la cart:
Bride + 2 others = $600 + Travel fee $250-$500 (includes brides trial updo)
Add make up artist for additional fee upon request.
Will give detail on location estimates upon request.
A $300 Hair / $300 MakeUp ($600 total) retainer/booking fee is due to reserve your wedding day. This is for your trial run appointments. This amount is taken off your final balance.
Second payment of 50% of final balance is to reserve your wedding date.
Final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
After Pay is available for on location wedding services.
Monthly Payment options are available as well with a card on file. Restrictions apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Any adjustments will need to be made on or before 30 days before the wedding date.
If Bride/wedding party cancels any wedding services with Golden Weddings anytime after that 30 days prior to wedding date the bride will forfeit the booking fees or any amount of payment that was made towards the wedding date.
Grace will be shown if client can find someone to take their date to recoup any income lost because we had your date booked out sometimes months in advance we have turned away clients.
If Bride cancels within the week of the wedding after final bill is paid they will also forfeit the amount paid as a late cancellation fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Hair Accessories: available upon request: I always find the cutest bling for my brides. I keep a few just for my weddings who book with me at no additional charge.
Hair Extensions Rental Program:
Anyone can purchase & keep Halo or Clip-Ins Hair Extensions or you can also rent one from me for an additional fee.
To Purchase & Keep: $500
To Rent: $250 *Client can rent the halo or clip-ins hair extensions for their wedding, normal dates (Friday, Saturday & Sunday weddings) must return extensions to stylist by Monday. Card must be on file for rental and if not returned by Monday they will be charged the full amount of $500.
*If any damage other than normal wear and tear is present when returned to stylist the client will be charged 50% ($250) for damage to the hair extensions
A signed Hair Extension Agreement Form must be signed prior to wedding. Legal action will be taken if any issues arise such as client doesn't bring them back, ruins hair, etc.
Destination Weddings:
We will absolutely travel to any destination wedding locations. Wedding services for destination locations are on a case by case senecio, and will include all travel expenses for each stylist needed to accommodate your wedding party.
You will be responsible for Wedding Package plus travel expenses including but not limited to:
Flight, Hotel, Car Rental, Ubers, Food allowance $50/day -Per Stylist
Payment will need to be paid in full 3 months before wedding date.
We can break this up by different payments and AfterPay is available option.
We will require to be on location 2 full days before & 2 full days after wedding date plus 2 travel days (Hotel up to 7 days total)- stylists can all share a room but will need 2 beds or a suite that has 2 beds and a pull out couch of some sort.
Destination Wedding Photography can be added to your service if you are needing a photographer. I have a Canon Rebel T3i camera and can take beach photography at an additional charge. To inquire please fill out the form below.

You can make all your service selections and add on any extras to make your day oh so special.
SECURE YOUR DATE
– We will create a personalized proposal that includes a contract for the services you selected and an invoice showing your total. A signed contract and non refundable booking fees are due to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding, no need to worry about remembering, you can set up an automatic payment.

Is a wedding trial right for me?
There a many ways to use a wedding trial.
You can use it to: find the right artist
If meeting your beauty artist before the big day is a must, you can schedule a trial run.
This is a great way to make sure we’re a good fit as well as find the right look that complements your face shape, your wedding dress, your style.
We’ll try out your favorite looks and select the one the feels just so right. We’ll also make recommendations if fillers, extensions or other items are needed and plan out your pre-wedding beauty routine so that your skin and hair are radiant when your big day arrives.
Is a wedding trial required?
Yes, we do strongly suggest it for all soon to be married parties, if your bridesmaids want one too that is totally cool with me.
You’ll feel prepared and relaxed on your big day knowing you’ll love your look. I block out anywhere from 2-4 hours where we can play around with some ideas and see which styles you like or love. You will not only find which style will be amazing for your big day, but I make sure your have the best relaxing experience while in my studio.
How much is a wedding trial?
Your hair trial is $300 this includes your day of updo as well.
Bridesmaids trial is $150 if they want to come in as well before the wedding.
Each service takes 60-90 minutes.
When should I book my wedding trial?
That depends…
I recommend booking your trial at least 3 months before your wedding if you don’t have a contract in place. This will ensure availability of all the artists you’re trying and is especially true if your wedding falls in the prime months of May, June, September or October. A lot of soon to be married couples do their trial on their wedding shower day so they look nice for the party.
It is recommended to book in advance of your wedding date. You’ll likely have all your accessories and veil in hand so you can get the full picture. If your wedding is a destination, no worries, we can book as late as the day before.
What should I bring to my wedding trial?
Please bring all your accessories, including jewelry and your veil so that you can get the full picture. If you are planning to wear a fresh flower crown, I will have a few fun bling accessories in my studio.
Adding Extensions:
We can absolutely add hair extensions to your wedding hair.
Halo/Crowns/Clip ins are perfect way to add hair, or Hand Tied Extensions are great too.
Hair can run you $500-$2000+ Depending on what we do and how much hair you need. We also have a Halo or Clip-Ins Rental Program.
Can I bring someone with me to my wedding trial?
Our friends and family are our biggest supporters however my studio is small So, I recommend coming alone or only having one person with you. Don’t worry, we’ll take plenty of pictures so you can show everyone.
Can I schedule a wedding trial before I book my wedding day?
Of course! Your wedding day beauty is an important investment and a trial ensures we’re a good fit.

My team and I will arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled start time to get setup.
Our beauty kits are stocked with the best tools and products to create your dream look.
You can sit back, relax and sip champagne knowing that our team’s number one priority is creating a look you’ll love for a lifetime. With plenty of time to place your veil and get into your dress you’ll feel relaxed and ready to say “I DO”.
On-location services are required a travel fee for wedding parties and available for anyone.

Here’s what we’ll need:
Access to at least one outlet per stylist, we’ll bring our own power strips.
A small table for tools at your hotel or cabin.
Counter space or a small table for us to use.
When looking at the prices for on sight/on location services please understand that we are traveling to you, we don't book any other clients that day so our prices reflect being out of the salon a full day to accommodated for your wedding services.
