Branding Photos, Headshots, Couples & Family Sessions

$300

Includes:

>1 hour at 1 location in Ames, Boone, Ankeny or Des Moines area. (Willing to travel farther for a fee of $250-$500+ depending on location.)

>guaranteed up to 30 edited pictures digitally for you to keep. Will also send you pictures over Facebook so you can easily share them to your social media outlets. 

*There could be some bonus pictures of more than 30 if I feel that they are Golden Quality.

Branding Photos on location at your business 

 $300

Includes:

>up to 4 hours at your business location in Ames, Boone, Ankeny or Des Moines area. (Willing to travel farther for a fee of $250-$500+ depending on location.)

>up to 3 wardrobe changes,

>guaranteed up to 50 edited pictures on a SD Flash Drive/SD Card or digitally (Google file) for you to keep. Will also send you pictures over Facebook so you can easily share them to your social media outlets. 

*There could be some bonus pictures of more than 50 if I feel that they are Golden Quality.

The Details:

Pictures: Will be taken with a Canon Rebel T3i  &  an Iphone 14+ MaxPro as I can get more candid & unique photos using multiple technologies.  I assure you that I have been taking lot of education to achieve your best pictures to give you an amazing experience.

Accessories:

If you have any accessories such as props that you want in your pictures please bring them or have them ready we can absolutely use anything you want to make your goals come to life.

​

Editing: I will use many techniques to edit the pictures we took. I will ask you many questions on the vibe your are wanting, different lightening such as light & bright, cooler or warmer, more natural or high contrast.

For example many women want to make sure that their make up is on point, or that they don't have a double chin or blemishes hidden. I can do that!

The Golden Experience Guarantee:

I know the feeling of excitement when you want to see the pictures that we just took.

My guarantee is clients will have their first Golden Preview with in 72 hours of photoshoot. This preview will be just that a preview and will include 5 pictures from the shoot. The rest of the photos will be delivered within 2 week of the photoshoot date. You will have full access of pictures without any watermarks on them.

Social Media:

When you hire me as your photographer since I am just starting out and this is a passion project of mine you give me the rights to post on social media outlets and on my website for marketing purposes once you pay your invoice.

As always if you have any questions or concerns please let me know asap.

Cancellations & NO SHOWS:  I respectfully ask that you respect my time and give 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I will only allow 1 reschedule for true emergencies that I deem legit. If you NO SHOW me you will forfeit your booking fee and if we have a conversation about rescheduling you will be charged a rebooking fee of the remainder service plus you will need to prepay in full for any future services. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Weather Related Issues:

If we are having bad weather such as light to heavy rain is predicted we will reschedule for a later date. Mother Nature can't be always nice so we will need to watch the weather apps to make sure we can still do pictures. I will do my best to accommodate you the best I can with my BTC schedule in the salon.

Refunds & Redos:

Will only be available if both parties can't come together in a civil matter and there will be NO negative comments, reviews, or slander of Michelle Golden (Golden Looks Photography) in any way if we part ways.

Sick Policies:

If you as the client or anyone in your party is sick we will need to reschedule  (Strict Policy)

If I end up sick I will contact you ASAP to reschedule as well. I will do my best to accommodate you to get your branding shoot scheduled on a different date. 

>Please remember I am running a multiple small businesses and if I get sick that means I'm not bringing in any income as I don't have PTO. Please be respectful of my sick policies and of me.

Payments of Services:

All balances must be paid prior to the photo sessions. NO PAY NO PICS

Invoice will be sent and must be paid before photoshoot. (Due a week before)

I will send you an invoice for amount above. 

AfterPay is an option for payments if you want to make small payments.

Payment in the salon can be made as well during normal business hours.
