Hair Services
Attention all new clients!
In order to secure your hair appointment, a mandatory booking fee of $50 will be required.
This fee will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your appointment and goes towards your hair services. Please note that no exceptions will be granted.
You can absolutely pay your booking fee now or you can wait till I reach out to you about appointment details. To pay now use link here > BOOKING FEE
To proceed with booking, kindly fill out the new client request form and provide the necessary information. Once received, I will contact you to discuss the appointment details.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with your invoice if you haven't already paid it on your own using my link above.
It is essential to pay the invoice within 24 hours to secure your appointment.
Once the payment is made, your appointment is now guaranteed.
If that invoice hasn't been paid with in 24 hours my system will open it back up for first come first serve. You will get one reminder from me, after that if still not paid by the 24 hour mark
It is important to note that booking online before completing the new client form and paying the booking fee will not be accepted.
Please understand that due to email communication, it may take 12 hours for me to respond to your inquiries.
On the day of your appointment, you can find our charming salon located on the South side of Ankeny. We offer ample free parking, and you'll easily recognize us with the prominent "Salon 12 Suites" sign in front of our big white building, next to Molly Maid's.
For a personalized experience, all new clients will receive a consultation to discuss your preferences, dislikes, and create a custom hair plan just for you. If we haven't had a consultation before your appointment, I may request additional information such as pictures of your hair and hair history dating back up to 5 years.
Before your visit, please take the time to read through my policies page to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and expectations for all clients. When you book with me you're agreeing to these boundaries.

I am located inside Salon 12 Suites, which are private salon suites.
I am in room #3. It is the last room on the right down the hall near the back door!!
If you need to come in to use the restroom it is right next to the back door and my room.
There is parking behind or in the back of the building for easy access to the restroom and my room if you would like to park back there as well.
We are right next door and in the same building next to Molly Maid's. Its the big white building if your coming south on Hwy 69. Please make sure you come a little early so you don't run into any issues trying to find the salon. The driveway is a little tricky so make sure you're paying attention.
Google maps is being silly and telling clients to turn to early so go past the Woodside Business Park.
