Please follow these 6 Steps to be considered a GOLDEN FAN!
All new clients will be required to pay a booking fee of $50 to reserve your hair appointment. This is mandatory and no exceptions will be granted. The booking fee goes towards your hair services and will be deducted from day of total.
Once you fill out my new client request form and I get some information from you I will contact you about an appointment.
You will then receive an email with your invoice once approved for an appointment. Once that invoice is paid I will send you the booking link so you can book your appointment. Please note if you book online before the new client form or booking fee is paid I will not accepted it until these two things are done first.
*New Client Invoice must be paid within 24 hours of sending. If not paid my system will not approve your appointment and you could potently loose your spot.
New client booking fees are pretty common in the industry and as a small business there are many reasons why I make this mandatory for all new clients.
The main reason is
Reservation Guarantee: Not just for you but also for me to know that you are serious & committed about coming in for your hair appointments.
All new clients will receive a consultation to discuss the likes, dislikes, and make a custom hair plan just for you! We can do it the same time as your hair color service.
If we don't do a consultation before your appointment I might request information from you such as pictures of your hair, and hair history up to 5 years.
Please understand that with email communications it could be up to 12-24 hours before I respond.
The day of your appointment -- You will pull up to the cutest little salon on the South side of Ankeny. We've got tons of free parking, and you'll know you got the right spot when you see the big "Salon 12 Suites" sign out front. We are right next door to Molly Maid's. Big white building!
New clients please visit my policies page and read through them so you understand what my policies are for all clients.
I am a hairstylist at Salon 12 Suites, which are private salon suites.
I am in room #3. It is the last room on the right down the hall near the back door!!
We are right next door and in the same building next to Molly Maid's. Its the big white building if your coming south on Hwy 69.
Road Construction is heavy and won't be done till 2024! Please make sure you come a little early so you don't run into any issues. Find the Molly Maid sign.
The driveway is a little tricky so make sure you're paying attention.
Google maps is being silly and telling clients to turn to early so go past the Woodside Business Park.
