To keep your membership simple and fair:

• Memberships are billed monthly to the card on file.
• Membership benefits are for the registered member only and are non-transferable.
• Included services must be used during the applicable membership period unless otherwise stated.
• Membership services have no cash value.
• Membership services and perks must be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused benefits expire at the end of the membership month.
• Standard late-cancellation and no-show policies apply.
• Product and service discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.
• Extension hair, major color transformations, corrective color and bridal services are excluded from membership discounts unless otherwise stated.
• Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change with advance notice.
