Becoming A Client:
Follow these steps below
>Please do not show up to Salon Au without doing these below.
I work by appointment only so that means I am not able to accommodate "Walk In Appointments"
I understand that many hairstylists or salons do not require this for their booking process.
However for me it is required and helps me make your hair appointment run smoothly.


Check your messages
I will send you a text with your booking fee invoice and link to your new client form.
If I don't get a reply I will email you to try and connect with details about your appointment. If I still don't hear back your appointment will be denied.
Sometimes I get busy behind the chair and can't respond back right away.
You may text me if you don't see my communications within 24 hours.

Pay Booking Fee
New Clients have 24 hours to pay their booking fee ($50) to officially reserve their appointments. (Goes towards service total)
If I have reached out by text/email and have NOT heard back from you within that 24 hours your appointment request will be respectfully denied.

Communication is VERY important to me!
I will always respond to your appointment request in a timely manner. If I don't hear back from you within 24 hours of my communication.
I will NOT continue to chase after you!
> If you DO NOT follow the instructions on booking an appointment, your appointment request will be denied. As well as you could possibly be blocked from booking any future appointments.
If you're a client who is under 18 years old and having a parent booking your appointment and filling out the forms/booking fee. Please include that in your appointment request.




Our First Appointment

New Client Haircut & Style
1-1.5 hrs $150
Your first appointment with me is a lot more detailed as we get to know each other.
No matter if you are needing a small trim or a full on haircut.
Your session will include all the things you need to concur the world.
I will make sure you walk out with the hair you want along with some goodies to keep you hair in tip top shape.

New Client Color Session
Expect 2-3 hrs
$200-$450+
Maybe you just need your wisdom highlights covered.
Or are you ready for a bigger change to your hair like going blonde or turning your Pinterest Hair Goals into reality?
My all inclusive sessions will take care of everything you need to achieve your hair goals.

New Client Curly Haircut
1-1.5 hrs $250
Need someone to really know how to take care of your curls?
I am trained & certified in
"Keep It Simple" curly techniques so that way you have success at home once we do your discovery session.
Your first session with me is a lot more detailed as we get to know your hair and your curls. You will also take home some goodies to keep your curls happy.
Your Golden Experience
Consultation:
We'll begin with a detailed discussion based on your New Client Form to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your hair goals.
Pampering Treatment:
Enjoy a relaxing shampoo, a hot towel treatment, and a deep conditioning mask to ensure your hair is hydrated, shiny, and smooth for up to 3 weeks.
Relax & Enjoy:
When we are all done with your hair services and you have some extra time how about enjoy a 10 min massage chair session when you visit for any service with me.
Precision Haircut & Styling:
I'll perform your haircut and style with clear explanations of each step, tailored to your head shape, hair texture, and daily routine. I'll also introduce you to the hair products I use and explain why they're effective.
Tips & Tricks:
Learn practical styling tips, including how to use a flat iron for curls or keep your bangs in place throughout the day. How to keep your curls hydrated and soft all day long. A very cool bang trick to keep them out of your eyes!

Policies:
Please just communicate with me & grace will be shown

48 hours Cancellation Policy:
I understand that things happen and I will show grace when needed (such as illness or emergencies) however I respectfully ask to please make any changes before 48 hours. During the holiday season (November & December) there is a strict cancellation policy of 72 notice.

Late Clients:
Clients who are late may possibly need to reschedule or forgo some of the services
Ex: blow dry/style and will be charged full price of amount that was scheduled.
If client is more than 10 minutes late client we may need to reschedule their appointment.

NO SHOW Policy:
If you NO SHOW your appointment there is a rebooking fee of 100% of that missed appointment to be considered a client again.

Sick Policy:
If you are feeling sick please reschedule your appointments so we don't pass the germs around. Symptoms such as a fever of 100* or higher, coughing or have/has Covid or been around someone who's have/has Covid.

Redo Policy/Protect Your Investment:
Clients have 48 hours to contact me about any adjustments to their hair. If client takes their hair into their own hands all responsibilities are waved from stylist. Clients who do not use salon professional products for at home care will cause hair color fades faster will not have any redos.
All professional products will be purchased from me in studio or online.
If client does not purchased from me, I cannot guarantee your longevity of your hair color service once you leave my studio.

Disputes & Refunds Policy:
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on any services! Only Adjustments to any hair services performed.
All retail sales are final! Credit Card Disputes: If you do a fraud credit card dispute towards any services performed in Salon AU. We will take any legal measures like theft of services charges and small claims court to get back any money stolen from the stylists. Legal fees, loss of wages and unpaid services or retail costs will be paid by client if we win case.

Children’s Policy:
We love children, however sometimes a salon is not a place where they can be kids. If they are not getting a service please have adequate childcare so everyone can have a relaxing experience at the salon. If your child is misbehaving we will ask you to have someone pick them up. If they break anything that is of value you as their parent YOU WILL be liable to cover the cost of replacing that item.

Social Media Pictures:
Before & Afters are used for social media, website, & marketing.
When asked if it's ok to take your picture that gives me consent to post them.
If you want you can share and tag yourself.
If you don't want your face shown just let me know. It's OK to say NO!

I am located inside Salon Au
We are next door to Chicken Coop Restaurant & 360 Med Spa
When you arrive come on in and grab a seat in our seating area. If the front desk receptionist
is available she will ask you if you would like to use the restroom or if you would like a drink or snack.
If we don't have a front desk person at the time have a seat and I will be with you shortly.
Please make sure you read your confirmation emails for details about your appointments.
There is important information including my phone number if you need to contact me & for texting me when you arrive for your appointment.
For a personalized experience, all new clients will receive a consultation to discuss your preferences, dislikes, and create a custom hair plan just for you. If we haven't had a consultation before your appointment, I may request additional information such as pictures of your hair and hair history dating back up to 5 years.
Before your visit, please take the time to read through my policies page to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and expectations for all clients. When you book with me you're agreeing to these boundaries.
